Summary:

  • narrow decoded Model Target request objects and arrays at runtime
  • reuse the narrowed values while validating configuration states
  • remove the related Pyright and Pyrefly suppressions

Tests:

  • targeted Model Target checks
  • configured pre-commit and pre-push hooks
