Run Snapper from the existing Prek configuration so semantic line breaks are fixed locally and enforced by the existing lint CI alongside Vale. Pin snapper-fmt 0.11.0 from PyPI in the pyproject.toml development dependency group, update uv.lock where tracked, vendor the two usable Snapper Vale rules, and promote SemanticLineBreaks to the repositories’ enforced alert level.
