Consider moving to Uno Platform

From what I could tell in my testing, it's much faster, uses native UI components, and the UI components provided are much better than Avalonia's...
It's a huge task but I think it would be great for this.

Okay after looking some more, they aren't native.
The theming is better though, hmm.
