Inaccessible downstream repositories prevent confirming that their Maven configuration consumes skip.visualization to disable all visualization setup while keeping backend verification enabled.
No open issues 🎉
What changed in this PR
This PR updates downstream CI to skip visualization builds, which require setup outside the scope of this check.
Changes:
- Adds
-Dskip.visualizationto the downstream Maven build command, leaving the other options unchanged.

Downstream repositories received visualizations that require additional setup or skipping that part of the build. For the purpose of this CI, I am for the latter.
