Update the linuxptp repository URL from the bigeasy fork to the mda fork, and update the branch from hsr_prp_v2_plus to hsr_prp_ptp. Also remove the now-unnecessary config file patching steps.

@danish-ti, both you and I have been granted ownership of the TI Fork of Linuxptp (thanks to @praneethbajjuri). I have synced the TI Fork of linuxptp at:
https://git.ti.com/cgit/processor-sdk/linuxptp/
updating the master branch to the latest mainline linuxptp and have also created the hsr_prp_ptp branch which is a copy of the same branch on your repository (https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/mda/linuxptp.git/). Note that I haven't setup branch tracking on purpose with the intent being that new development will be via PRs raised to the TI Fork.

Please update this documentation PR to point to the hsr_prp_ptp branch of https://git.ti.com/cgit/processor-sdk/linuxptp

Switch from the bigeasy fork (no longer maintained) to the TI fork of
linuxptp at git.ti.com/cgit/processor-sdk/linuxptp, using the
hsr_prp_ptp branch. Also remove the now-unnecessary config file
patching steps as they are no longer needed.
