Why: A reference of ~390 named colors (Japanese traditional colors and CSS named colors) with HEX/RGB/HSL, name meaning and origin, matching palettes, and contrast against black and white. Free, browser-based, no signup. Individual PR per the contribution guidelines; checked it is not already listed.
