setup-go's "stable" moved to 1.27.0 between the 08-19 and 08-25 runs, and
1.27 no longer keeps the symbol behind

  //go:linkname transportConnPool golang.org/x/net/http2.(*Transport).connPool

in transport/v2rayhttp/force_close.go, so every variant died at link time
with "relocation target ... not defined". x/net has no matching push
linkname; whether the symbol survives is up to the compiler's inlining and
pruning decisions, and 1.27 changed them.

Verified against both tags, GOOS=linux GOARCH=arm64, the same build tags
and LDFLAGS the workflow uses: beta.17 and rc.1 each build under 1.26.6 and
1.26.7 and each fail under 1.27.0. Upstream has not touched that file since
2024, so this is not something our patch stack introduced -- homebrew-core
pinned go@1.26 for the same reason, and the tap's sing-box-ref1nd.rb and
sing-box-beta.rb now do too.

A series, not a patch release: Homebrew can only pin to go@1.26, so this
keeps both sides on one story and still picks up 1.26.x security fixes.
Unpin once SagerNet#4182 lands.
