Parameters:

• Vertical Cylinder by Radius and Height: r, h
• Vertical Cylinder by Origin point, Radius and Height: pt, r, h
• Cylinder by 2 Points and Radius: pt1, pt2, r

Examples:

occ.makeCylinder(3,10);
