Add a page "Jakarta EE 11 — Complete Specification API Maven Coordinates" on the docs under Jakarta EE

[Emily-Jiang]

Based on a customer feedback, he would like Open Liberty to provide maven or gradle dependency to help with the app dev on Jakarta EE. Here is the doc page I wrote. Please publish to the Docs page

jakarta-ee-11-spec-api-maven-coordinates.md

Hi @Emily-Jiang

This is just a rough draft. I had to convert the contents from .md to AsciiDoc.

Draft link: https://docs-draft-openlibertyio.mqj6zf7jocq.us-south.codeengine.appdomain.cloud/docs/latest/jakarta-ee-11-spec-api-maven-coordinates.html

I will verify the contents once more.

Incase you notice any mistakes please let me know.

Regards,
Ramkumar

Hi Emily.

Emily Jiang  [1:27 PM]
Thanks for creating the page! After I reviewed it, I have a few comments:

1. I think it would be better at the other location you suggested
Reference > Jakarta EE API > Jakarta EE 11 > Jakarta EE 11 — Complete Specification API Maven Coordinates
2. On the Jakarta EE overview, please add a freference to this page
3. please remove the xmlbinding and xml web services from the doc in three sections. sorry, it was my mistake.

Ramkumar K  [1:28 PM]
ok Emily.
Will make the suggested changes.

I have a couple of minor comments:

1. Under Web Profile (adds to Core Profile), merge the row Jakarta WebSocket Client (Updated) to Jakarta WebSocket row so that it looks like:
   Jakarta WebSocket (Updated), 2.2, jakarta.websocket:jakarta.websocket-api:2.2.0 websocket-2.2
                                                       jakarta.websocket:jakarta.websocket-client-api:2.2.0 websocketClient-2.2

2. Full Platform (adds to Web Profile) => Platform (adds to Web Profile)

Hi Ram, I realised there is another change to be made on the following row:
Jakarta Security (Updated)
4.0
jakarta.security.enterprise:jakarta.security.enterprise-api:4.0.0

appSecurity-5.0 => appSecurity-6.0

Ramkumar K  [3:21 PM]
ok. will do that.

Emily Jiang  [3:31 PM]
also on the row
Jakarta Annotations (Updated)
3.0
jakarta.annotation:jakarta.annotation-api:3.0.0

cdi-4.1 => n/a (enabled via various Liberty features)
