The Need
Currently, channels and lifecycles cannot be configured in a project template. This means every new project based off a template is still required to set up its own channels. This also doesn't give the user in the Platform Hub full control over the release lifecycle of projects created from the template.
Solution
Channels and lifecycles are being brought into project templates.
