• Use Symfony Process to invoke jq, preserving JSON value types in shared Nextcloud Behat steps.
• Improve handling of PHP built-in server initialization and time-step patterns.
• Keep compatibility with the existing Behat 3 integration consumers; the LibreSign-wide Behat 4 migration remains a separate initiative.

Validated with focused JSON/jq Behat scenarios under PHP 8.5 and integration coverage in LibreSign using the equivalent upstream changes.
