Asset store import appended names update

resolves #1886

• adds annotation_media_stem to import to check for a suffix of _detections or _tracks with the video name matchup
• Updates the logic to ensure that it will import that way
• Updated my sample creation script to make ti so we can test with these new annotation file names
• Updated tests of asset store import to make sure that this works
• Updated all documentation that relates to asset store import to ensure that it works
