Updates vtk.js to 37.0.4 and simplifies rendering teardown around its public APIs. VolView-owned VTK and WebGL resources are now disposed when views, 3D controls, and volume thumbnail renderers are removed. A small vtk.js patch covers the remaining mapper and texture cleanup gaps.
Replaces #932.
