Closing in favour of #394.

This PR moves @react-router/dev and @react-router/fs-routes to 8.2.0 while leaving react-router core at 7.x. That combination is not installable: @react-router/fs-routes@8.x declares peerDependencies: { "@react-router/dev": "^8.x" } and the family needs to move together, so this would require --force/--legacy-peer-deps to install at all.

#394 is the coherent full-family upgrade (and targets a higher 8.3.0).

For the record, RR8 is currently blocked on something neither PR can fix on its own: @netlify/vite-plugin-react-router@2.1.3 does not support React Router 8. RR8 makes Vite's Environment API mandatory, and the 2.1.3 plugin gates on isSsrBuild, so it silently stops emitting .netlify/v1/functions/react-router-server.mjs — while npm run build still exits 0. That is netlify/remix-compute#698, fixed in plugin v4.0.0. Landing RR8 also needs Node >= 22.22.0 in .nvmrc and engines, plus source adaptations for the removed future.v8_middleware flag, the remix-i18next 8 subpath collapse, the deleted useChangeLanguage, and meta's data -> loaderData rename.

OK, I won't notify you again about this release, but will get in touch when a new version is available. You can also ignore all major, minor, or patch releases for a dependency by adding an ignore condition with the desired update_types to your config file.

If you change your mind, just re-open this PR and I'll resolve any conflicts on it.
