Reverts the README product name to the branded "Zillow API" - the "Real Estate Listing API for Zillow" rename hurt SEO (the search term is "zillow api"/"zillow scraper api").
Keeps the trademark cleanup from before: the non-affiliation notice, neutral capability phrasing (no "avoid blocking"/"captcha-solving"), and the scrape-it.cloud -> hasdata.com link updates.
