Summary
The ADRs now make the missing middle layer explicit: experiments bind runtime conditions, eval suites define shared task/scoring contracts, and cases hold individual prompts or fixtures. This also clarifies that Convex-style directory evals can be supported as loader conventions without collapsing AgentV's portable suite model.
The Harbor boundary ADR now aligns with that split by keeping candidate agent/model and Opik runtime binding in the experiment-side example instead of the eval-suite example.
