The "with Filters" suffix was implementation detail (the modal opens with the current run's filters pre-populated). From the user's perspective the affordance is just "run this eval again," so use that phrasing on the run-detail header. Drive-by: biome auto-fix on two studio routes whose format had drifted on main and was blocking the pre-push hook.
