What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
IDP-1763
Use a per-repository organization for the local integration finder so integrations-internal-core clones and README links resolve to
ddoghq. Preserve all other repository mappings and branches. Existing canonical DataDog remotes for that repository move to ddoghq while retaining their transport; forks and custom remotes are preserved.Merge readiness
