chore: add e2e lambda lifecycle test and workflow

Summary

• Add a live DatadogLambda lifecycle test covering deployment, exact configuration, spans and logs, idempotence, and complete teardown.
• Validate a fresh synthesized assembly before deployment, with pinned layers, runtime, environment, and resource identity.
• Add fail-fast OIDC CI, progress heartbeats, generated-helper lint boundaries, local instructions, and cleanup of secret-bearing build artifacts.
• Sync reliable telemetry polling from DataDog/serverless-ci#193.

Test Plan

Ran the full lifecycle against the serverless sandbox in ap-northeast-3; config verification, spans, logs, no-op diff, function removal, and log-group removal passed.
