📐 Maintainability & Code Quality | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
The docs give the wrong wake-up delay.
The document says the transition wake-up uses "a one-second player-owned delay". RewardEligibilityListener.onGameModeChange actually calls runTaskLater(plugin, ..., 1, player). That is a delay of one server tick, about 50 ms, not one second. Correct the text so operators do not expect a longer settle window.

Retain wake-up hints after replay-time scheduler retirement
Call queued(user) for durable eligibility deferrals as well. On Folia, if an initially deferred occurrence is claimed by RewardEligibility.signal() and its entity scheduler retires before an action starts, the failure is classified as an eligibility deferral and the queue entry is restored, but this condition suppresses the revision update. finishSignal() then removes the only pending hint because no claim remains, so fallback sweeps and later gamemode events ignore the stranded occurrence until an unrelated login replay occurs. This is especially reproducible when the scheduler retires again during the first fallback retry.

Rebind authenticated online players during enable.
A player who is already online when a new plugin instance starts cannot pass resolveSignalPlayer for an unknown hint unless the new instance has recorded a login receipt. A queued or timed retry can create such a hint with Pending.player == null. The fallback sweep then sets awaitingLogin when the receipt check fails. Later sweeps return without checking the queue, and isEligible rejects that player's configured rewards until a login event occurs.
During enable, rebind each currently online player that the existing authentication integration identifies as authenticated through the same signalLogin(user, player) path on that player's scheduler. Do not stamp every online player without checking authentication.

Preserve a retry path when hint capacity is full
When 4,096 pending entries already exist—especially awaiting-login entries retained for disconnected players—this returns false, but ordinary offline deferral reaches it through queued(), which discards the result and installs no alternate timer. The persisted reward then has no entry for either signal(Player) or the fallback sweep to find, so an online player's later gamemode transition cannot deliver it; it remains stranded until an unrelated login or world-change replay. Propagate capacity rejection so the caller can retain another retry mechanism, as the timed path already does.

Keep non-player requirements off the owner thread
When a reward combines GameModes with JavascriptExpression or a downstream requirement that performs database/network work, this branch routes normal delivery through giveRewardAsync; giveRewardAsyncOffPrimary then invokes the entire evaluateLiveRewardDecision on the player's owner, including every injected requirement. A slow script or custom requirement therefore stalls the main server thread on Spigot or the player's region on Folia. Marshal only the gamemode/entity reads to the owner and keep unrelated requirement evaluation on the reward worker.

Keep player-backed permission checks on their owner thread
When an async or queued reward evaluates the built-in Permission requirement (or online VaultGroup), those requirements do not override requiresPlayerThread(), so this branch invokes them on the reward worker. RequirementPermission then reaches Bukkit.getPlayer and Player.hasPermission through PlayerManager.hasServerPermission, while VaultGroup passes the live player to Vault; on Folia this accesses player-confined state outside the entity owner and can make permission-protected rewards fail or invoke providers from an invalid thread. Mark every player-backed requirement for owner-thread evaluation, while keeping only its potentially blocking preparation off-thread.

Bypass the login receipt gate when user data is disabled
When an embedding plugin calls setLoadUserData(false), AdvancedCorePlugin.loadAdvancedCoreEvents() does not register the ordinary PlayerJoinEvent listener, so that session never emits the AdvancedCoreLoginEvent which changes this receipt to accepted. This unconditional handler nevertheless records a pending receipt, causing every configured GameModes/BlackListedGameModes reward after the join to fail eligibility for the session; rewards are either silently discarded when GiveOffline is false or deferred without any login signal capable of releasing them. Skip this pending receipt or immediately accept the session in no-user-data mode.

Re-wake login replay after the existing claim is released
When a stored user logs in with queued gamemode-gated work, PlayerJoinEvent.onJoin at LOWEST starts checkOfflineRewards() before RewardEligibilityListener.onLogin at MONITOR reaches this signal. If that earlier replay has already claimed the occurrence and then encounters the pending-login receipt, this signal cannot reclaim it; runSignalCheck observes the active claim and retains only the fallback hint. After the first replay restores the entry and releases its claim, no immediate signal remains, so an otherwise eligible login delivery waits for the 10-second fallback sweep instead of being resumed by the accepted-login event. Chain another wake-up after the in-flight replay claim settles.

Move reward injection callbacks off the player owner
When a reward contains GameModes or BlackListedGameModes, requiresAwaitedDelivery now routes even formerly synchronous rewards through this chain, but this invocation remains inside the requestOnServerThread callback. The default RewardInject.onRewardRequestAsync immediately calls the integration's synchronous onRewardRequest, so a custom injection that performs database/network work—or a slow script such as the built-in Javascripts injection—now stalls the Bukkit main thread or Folia player region. Keep the eligibility check on the owner, then return to the reward worker before invoking the injection callback; the existing action guards can marshal only the resulting player mutations back to the owner.

Keep native player preflight off the reward worker
For a gamemode-configured reward with mixed commands or another player-required replay injection, this branch moves requestInjectionAsync onto the async reward worker, but that path still calls user.getPlayer() directly—both in the replay preflight and through captureCurrentPlayerEligibilityGuard()/validatePlayerCommandAvailabilityAsync(). Since AdvancedCoreUser.getPlayer() delegates to Bukkit.getPlayer, these common reward paths now query live player state from an arbitrary async callback on Folia. Carry the exact player/session from the preceding owner-thread check or marshal these preflights back to the owner before continuing.

Preserve passed chance before the first deferred stage
When a reward passes Chance while gamemode-eligible but the player changes mode before its first injection starts, the eligibility failure queues the occurrence with the approved-chance marker but with zero completed stages. This condition therefore ignores that marker on replay and rerolls Chance; a failed reroll is terminal, so checkOfflineRewardsAsync() removes the durable occurrence without delivering it. Honor the persisted approval even when no injection stage has completed.

Add optional GameModes and BlackListedGameModes reward rules with owner-scheduled checks and wakeups through the existing durable offline/timed replay queues. Preserve accepted player sessions, completed effects, occurrence identities and existing GiveOffline/force semantics.
DefaultRewardGameModes supplies an optional global allowlist; its empty default preserves existing configurations. An explicit reward GameModes list overrides it, including an empty list to opt out. Blacklisted modes still deny delivery, malformed inherited defaults fail closed, and normal configuration reload applies saved changes. A passed chance remains approved when eligibility changes before the first effect, including timed/offline deferral, later requirement failures, handler replacement or removal of the global default. Temporary-inventory detection is outside this PR.
All tests and helpers use the test package namespace, with test-only reflection preserving production visibility.
Validation: 224 focused cases; clean AdvancedCore package with 1,481 unit tests and one artifact test (no skips); exact-candidate VotingPlugin master e40bf570 clean package with 2,564 unit cases (one optional skip) and five artifact tests. All 176 consumer unit-suite classpaths selected the candidate SDK; relocated options APIs and chance-replay bytecode were checked in the final consumer JAR. Native Paper/Folia/provider gameplay validation remains unverified.
