Told to contact webcompat@mozilla.com but address bounces

I tried to report an issue against localhost on the site. I was shown a banner stating "Reporting for localhost is temporarily disabled. Please contact webcompat@mozilla.com for more details".

I tried to do so but the mail bounced as undeliverable:
