[CHECKLIST] Connector API validation — findings + per-connector checklist

The master checklist for connector ↔ vendor-API correctness. Populated by the validation harness (filed alongside this issue).

One row per connector (136 OAuth2 + ~400 api-key): status ✅ / ⚠️ / ❌ + link to the filed bug.

Each ❌/⚠️ gets a child bug filed in the proper repo:

• connector defect (manifest / endpoint / scope) → agent-integrations
• platform wiring (registration / UI / policy) → agent-dev-container

Acceptance

• Every connector has a status; failing ones have linked issues.
• Checklist refreshed on each harness run.
• Target: triage + close in 1–2 days, not one-by-one.
