Break up the transcribed text into paragraphs
Possible triggers
- No audio after X seconds
- After X words (or sentences) transcribed
- A sentence starts with a word that has a higher probability of being the first word of a new paragraph (e.g., "However", "In contrast", etc)
- Some other paragraph breaking heuristic (look around online for algorithms)
