Add media query to improve footer layout on mobile devices.
Description
Fixed the footer layout issue on mobile views by applying a media query breakpoint at 768px. This forces the footer containers, links, and individual layout columns to stack cleanly into a vertical column structure, preventing horizontal overflow or layout distortion on mobile screens.
