Fixed dark mode readability issue

Description

The current UI testimonial card have a readability issue On switching to dark theme the name's Visibility becomes low making it inconsistent and difficult to read .

Changes Made

This change fixes the testimonial author text in dark mode. The testimonial card now forces the author name to stay dark and also applies explicit readable colors to the role and date so the author block remains visible across themes. The update is in [TestimonialCard.tsx].
