Steps to Reproduce

Run the following scripts to create a new project with this package:

npx --yes @react-native-community/cli@latest init RNWinRepro --version 0.81.2
cd RNWinRepro 
yarn add react-native-windows@0.81.2
yarn add @react-native-async-storage/async-storage
npx react-native init-windows --overwrite
npx react-native run-windows
