Yes, OnlyOffice supports comment functionality and the corresponding lifecycle callbacks.

The editor supports annotations/comments natively via OnlyOffice's built-in UI — you can add and manage them directly in the editor.

However, the current offline version does not provide JS lifecycle callbacks for comment events (add/edit/delete). This is a limitation of the offline WASM build; full webhook support requires OnlyOffice Docs Server.

If you need to capture comment events, the recommended workaround is to use the iframe embed API: after editing is complete, trigger a save via document:save and parse the resulting file on your backend.
