Why I cannot complete this task

GitHub App permissions do not allow workflow modifications for security reasons. When I attempted to push the changes, I received this error:

How to proceed

You have a few options:

1. Manual update: Use find and replace in your editor to update all instances:

   • Replace actions/checkout@v4 with actions/checkout@v6
   • Replace actions/checkout@master with actions/checkout@v6 (in opentofu-lint.yml)

2. Command line: Run these commands locally:

   # Update all v4 instances
   find .github/workflows -name "*.yml" -exec sed -i 's/actions\/checkout@v4/actions\/checkout@v6/g' {} +
   
   # Update the @master instance
   sed -i 's/actions\/checkout@master/actions\/checkout@v6/g' .github/workflows/opentofu-lint.yml
   
   # Commit and push
   git add .github/workflows/*.yml
   git commit -m "Update actions/checkout to v6"
   git push

3. Grant workflows permission: Configure the Claude Code GitHub App with workflows permission (though this may not be recommended for security reasons).
