My bot auto-closes tickets at totally random times while this feature is disable. it was enabled before, but the bot closed it even when active, so I disabled the feature. Now, however, with every time I boot it up and at completely random times it will start closing over 5 tickets at oncea nd saying it's because they were inactive.
