Include Structural Variants (SV)

First off, thanks for putting a lot of effort and thought into this problem. I think your solution is on the right track and is perfect for SNPs and INDELs. Additionally, I would like to see support for SVs which can be identified by a `CHROM` `START` `END` and `SVTYPE`. Thanks again for your contribution.
