How to change "Steuer:" on my PDF

i found a lot of suggestions like changing the namen in the CSV, but nothing helped.
Where can i change "Steuer:" on my PDF Invoice?

thanks! I got it.
For all lazy guys here:

i added:
"Tax","MwSt. 19%"
to
app/design/adminhtml/default/default/locale/de_DE/translate.csv
