Description
An a smartphone or the emulation of it, the sidebar is collapsed and its handle moves to the bottom or the top of the screen when scrolling the text in the main window. Sometimes it even moves off the screen. However, sometimes it jumps back towards the vertically centered position, taking the whole text with it, making it annoying to scroll.
Expected behavior
Best would be, if the handle stays vertically in the center.

- open e.g. www.das-inklusive-neutrum.de
- on a desktop machine open the developer tools and start an smartphone emulation with a narrow screen so that the sidebar collapses
- scroll down and then slowly scroll up and see the text twitch
