Add contribution guide

The contribution guide should have the same structure as the DoneJS contribution guide. It shouldn’t copy all of the content, rather point to that guide where appropriate and have bit-docs-specific content.

A short contribution page exists at docs/bit-docs/guides/contributing.md.

However, there is no CONTRIBUTING.md in the root.
