[Windows] agentcore create hangs on "Prepare agentcore/ directory" until Enter is pressed

Description

On Windows, agentcore create hangs at the Prepare agentcore/ directory step and does not continue until the user manually presses Enter.

A similar issue (#205) was previously reported and is marked as closed and fixed, but I am still experiencing the same behavior even after installing the latest version of the AgentCore CLI.

I am running the CLI from a WSL terminal.

Steps to Reproduce

Open a WSL terminal on Windows through VS Code
Run agentcore create
Observe it hangs at the "Prepare agentcore/ directory" step
Press Enter — it continues

Expected Behavior

agentcore create should proceed through all steps automatically without requiring manual key presses.

Actual Behavior

The command hangs at "Prepare agentcore/ directory" until Enter is pressed.
