Feature Request: Autodeploy alerts for PR Stages

Currently we need to specify a stage that we want alerts for, but I want all of the pr-* stages to provide alerts.

It would be nice if we could provide a pattern, or if maybe just pr-* was one of the options in the dropdown and that would match all the different possible PR stages.

You know, now that I think about it, All stages probably is fine here. And then for more specific channels and updates I can add them.

I won't close because I think it would be a nice feature, but just clarifying that I think my use case has a decent work around.
