Please do not allow LLMs to write user-facing documentation

I am new to Tanstack Query and was reading the Important Defaults documentation page.

As soon as I encountered this paragraph, I knew immediately it was AI generated text:

'static' and Infinity both prevent staleness-based refetches, but 'static' is stricter: queryClient.invalidateQueries() can invalidate a query with staleTime: Infinity, but has no effect on staleTime: 'static'. refetchOnMount, refetchOnWindowFocus, and refetchOnReconnect set to "always" are also blocked by 'static'. Use 'static' for data that cannot change while the app is running: feature flags fetched at boot, user permissions loaded at login, static reference tables. Use Infinity when you still want manual invalidation to work.

I searched the codebase for that text and found it was introduced 6 months ago in this commit:

Most of the other text on that page was created several years ago, and I found it to be readable, because it was written before the era of AI slop.

Could you create a stronger rule in your AGENTS files that prohibits AI Agents from writing user-facing documentation, and could you please hold contributors to the standard that they should be composing this documentation using their own voice?

Yeah sorry about that, I might've merged a PR from someone who used an agent. We sadly get a lot of slop and it's a lot of work to dig through that.

No worries, I could do that, though I will first need to use the library and gain experience with it. A good assignment.
