How to reproduce the issue

1. Add any skill, set it to be socketed in your gloves
2. Add Skills socketed in your gloves are supported by level 20 arc as a custom modifier in the configuration tab

Context: since Pearl of Tsoatha is not yet supported, I wanted to add Skills socketed in your gloves are supported by level 20 Arcane Surge as a custom modifier, but before I could finish typing, it crashed.
