Statemachine testing for combining FieldSets and setting interpolators

Since the logic behind setting interpolators and combining fieldsets with #2646 is a bit less straightforward, I think it would be good to have a Hypothesis state machine to test creating fieldsets, combining them, and setting interpolation methods.
