Kindly release the kernel source code, modules, and manifest for the EU/Global
OnePlus 15 (CPH2747) at the 16.0.8.300 release, for the sm8850 platform.

Context: the public source in android_kernel_common_oneplus_sm8850 is currently
synced only up to CPH2747_16.0.7.201(EX01) (commit 2026-06-03). The 16.0.8.300
source has not yet been published for the sm8850 platform — the recent update in
#194 covered CPH2767 on sm8845, which is a different device/SoC.

Please synchronise, for the sm8850 platform:

1. android_kernel_common_oneplus_sm8850
2. android_kernel_oneplus_sm8850 (if applicable)
3. android_kernel_modules_and_devicetree_oneplus_sm8850
4. the corresponding oneplus_15 manifest in kernel_manifest
