[TESTING] Dump the stacks of a hanging test in the conda-forge tests
The Linux Python 3.12 job of the conda-forge workflow stops printing at 96-98% of the tests and runs into the 45-minute timeout in both attempts, while 3.13 and 3.14 pass. With xdist and no -v the log does not show which test hangs. faulthandler_timeout makes pytest dump the stacks of all threads of a test that runs longer than 15 minutes, before the step's timeout kills it. To be reverted once the hang is found.
